Art for Wellness
Art for Wellness is relaxation and exploration of your thoughts and feelings by letting them show up on the paper. Art-making can be a wonderful release and could potentially help you to unwind as well as to let go of anxious feelings. No artistic skills required. In-person and online sessions are available. Each session starts with meditation and mindfulness plus an invitation to explore with art a particular topic chosen by an individual/family or group. Art supplies are provided for in-person sessions. An art supplies list will be provided for those participating in the online sessions.
