Step back into self with this relaxing art therapy workshop. Take some personal time to allow your inside experience to become visible. An Expressive Art Therapy workshop as a therapeutic exploration of your feelings by letting them show up on paper. Art-making can be a wonderful release and could potentially help you to relax as well as to let go of anxious feelings. You don’t need complicated materials – a black permanent marker, old magazines, some paper, and tools to apply the colour like markers, crayons, and paint. It’s the scribbling, the movement, the dynamics of creating new visuals, and the colouring that makes a true difference here, not the final piece. In Expressive Art Therapy, we say: “It’s about the Process, not the Product”.
